Final Sale Policy
At AJ Couture, every piece is crafted to the highest standards of luxury. Consequently:
- No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Custom Orders: Tailored pieces and custom-made designs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Deposits: All deposits made for custom orders are strictly non-refundable.
Exchange Protocol
- Immediate Inspection: Customers are required to inspect the item thoroughly upon delivery.
- Exchange Window: Exchanges are only permitted at the exact time of delivery in the presence of the courier, provided the item is in its original condition.
- Final Acceptance: Once the delivery is accepted and the courier departs, no exchanges or returns will be processed.
