- Legal Action: AJ Couture reserves the right to take immediate legal action against any individual or entity found infringing upon our intellectual property rights.
Order Execution & Rights
- Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
- Product Accuracy: While we strive for perfection, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
- Material Variance: Due to the artisanal nature of our craftsmanship, slight variations in stitching, hand-work, or dimensions are hallmarks of luxury authenticity and do not constitute defects.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Qatari courts.
